BoHo Winter Festival (2014-2017) – £13,654

The DWBL Events Team organised the first BoHo winter festival in November 2014. This centred around Leaf Hall Community Arts Hub and included a lantern making workshop. The following three years Leaf Hall successfully applied for DWBL grants to provide further BoHo events.

Seaside Rec Funday (2016-2022) – £4,220

The Friends of Seaside Rec hold an annual fundraising Fun Day in August and have received several grants from DWBL to support these. DWBL also hosts a stand at the events to engage with residents and the picture shows DWBL Board members Brian and Graham with Jim Boot, the Local Trust rep.

Seaside Steam Print (2017) – £2,862

The Seaside Steam Print community arts event was organised in conjunction with the Devonshire Collective. A steam roller was used to print images made by visitors to the event with the support of a local print maker and many were exhibited in the nearby DC1 Café Gallery.
